Mirai & Tsuki Akari Seasonal Collection

A Refined Taste of Autumn

As autumn unfolds, Benkay presents 2 thoughtfully composed seasonal culinary journeys, where time-tested craftsmanship reveals the quiet beauty of the season.

Mirai (未来) captures a refined 6-course expression, while Tsuki Akari (月明り) take you through 7 courses, each revealing a delicate balance of flavor, texture and seasonality. Best enjoyed alongside Gekkeikan sake, the menus bring together a poetic blend of Japanese tradition and autumn’s fleeting character.

Boundless yet composed, each course reflects the precision and artistry of Japanese cuisine, inviting you to savor the season one moment at a time.
