For the main course, savor Grilled Akune Gold A5 Wagyu Sirloin from Kagoshima, celebrated for its rich flavor and delicate marbling. Another highlight, Lobster Pomodoro Giapponese, brings together succulent lobster and delicate Inaniwa Udon from Akita in a contemporary Japanese interpretation of the classic Pomodoro.
